Frequently Asked Questions
Short answer yes, we have designed all of our keycap sets to be compatible with almost all keyboard layouts and form factors. Please check below and at our reference photos to verify compatibility. We also support 7u spacebar rows for many popular custom boards. In rare cases our keycap sets may not be compatible with your keyboard, but if you are unsure please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can definitely answer any questions regarding compatibility.

We currently assemable and print all of our keycaps in-house at our studio in New York City. We use a method called dye-sublimation to color and imprint designs onto our keycaps. Through a year of R&D, we have been able to nail down the many nuances involved in the dye-sublimation process, minimizing, to our best efforts, common issues such as fading colors and blurry legends.
Currently, we only print and sell the physical keycaps which do not include the keyboard, PCB, or any other keyboard component. You can use our keycaps with your existing keyboard of choice!
The details for each product are listed in the “Details” tab, citing how many keycaps are included in the set (base + novelties). All keycaps specifically included in the set can also be seen displayed in the product photos. Novelties are included and do not need to be purchased separately!
For all of our products we offer free replacements for any pieces that may be missing or not up to our quality standards (Read below on how to initiate a replacement process if you receive a faulty product or are missing something in your order). Due to the custom nature of our products and the printing process, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for undamaged items we ship out.
We encourage our customers to please read our Acceptable standards guidelines document for more information on common traits of sub-dye PBT keycaps that are a result of the delicate printing process. Some product photos are also digitally rendered and size/color may not be a 100% accurate representation of the actual product, though we have color matched as close as possible to mitigate any differences.

We try to ensure everything goes through quality control & assurance, but some mistakes may slip through the cracks occasionally! Please email us a photo (if applicable) and short description of your issue (including your order number will help us get to it faster!) to email@example.com . Our team will work to respond to your message ASAP and we will replace all keycaps that are not up to our quality standards free of charge for 30 days starting from the day your order is delivered.
Final sale items are sold as is, so we do not offer returns or exchanges for these items.
Hooray, we ship worldwide and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, based on location. We have minimized our packaging weight and size in order to provide the best shipping prices possible (& to reduce our carbon footprint + waste!).
Most in-stock items are ready to ship within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. After it gets shipped, you can expect a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey! We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages after it’s been shipped out and into the hands of our delivery partners.

Though we hope to eventually collaborate with a wider range of micro-influencers and creators/artists, we currently do not have the capacity to handle a high volume of custom orders or submissions.
